OUR RETURNS AND REFUND POLICIES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

FOR ALL PRODUCTS
If you wish to return a product, you must request it within 7 days of delivery. Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or faulty from our end. The item will be checked before processing the return to ensure it meets the return conditions.

Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days after the return is approved.

If you receive a faulty or damaged product from us, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the order.

CANCELLATIONS
Products purchased on sale cannot be cancelled once the order is placed and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
